As per the ARTG entry, SmartSound™ is an audio technology delivered via digital media and with regular use it is intended to assist in management of insomnia, stress and anxiety as well as sleep quality; PMT and headaches as well as hypertension, coronary health and emotional regulation via improving heart rate variability. It may promote optimal work performance by assisting with cognitive response including learning and memory; depression; ADHD; mild pain, and tinnitus.

KARL HOFMAN - CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Karl Hofman is the Clinical Director of Medi+Sound, the sole distributor of NeuroSonica's TGA-listed SmartSound™ technology.
With a background in health innovation and a deep commitment to wellness, Karl brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to his role.
After surviving a heart attack and facing early cognitive decline, Karl discovered SmartSound™ — and experienced life-changing improvements in sleep, stress, and mental clarity.
Now, he leads Medi Sound with one goal:
To make this calming, science-backed technology accessible to everyone.
